These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 202pub ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 202pub website located at 202pub.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access the full features of the 202pub Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 202pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 202pub login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 202pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to notify 202pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
202pub is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
KYC verification is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary policy. 202pub is obligated to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
202pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 202pub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the 202pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
202pub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
202pub may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or the provision of false information to obtain a bonus — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 202pub reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
202pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.
All bets placed on the 202pub Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game interface and the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 202pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 202pub Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 202pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 202pub.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 202pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
202pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 202pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
202pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

202pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, 202pub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 202pub's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
